Il y a quelques jours, les collaborateurs de Bosch Rexroth France se sont réunis au Fort de Vaise, à Lyon, à l’occasion de notre Convention du personnel.
Ce rendez-vous constitue un temps essentiel pour partager notre vision, faire le point sur les avancées réalisées et aligner nos priorités pour les mois à venir.
Cette édition 2026 a notamment permis de revenir sur les résultats du premier semestre, d’échanger autour de notre feuille de route et d’ouvrir la réflexion sur l’impact de l’intelligence artificielle sur la performance industrielle, avec l’intervention de Flavien Chervet - AI Keynotes.
Au-delà des échanges stratégiques, cette journée a également été marquée par des temps de cohésion et de partage, indispensables pour renforcer notre dynamique collective.

Un constructeur choisit alors d'installer un protecteur.
À première vue, le protecteur fixe semble être la meilleure solution puisqu'il empêche physiquement l'accès au danger.
Pourtant, dans certaines situations, ce choix peut avoir l’effet inverse de celui recherché.
Parmi les éléments suivants, lequel est généralement le plus déterminant pour remettre en question le choix d'un protecteur fixe ❓
🔹 Réponse A : Parce qu'il peut rallonger la durée des opérations de production ou de maintenance.
🔹 Réponse B : Parce qu'un accès fréquent à la zone dangereuse favorise son démontage ou son non-remontage.
🔹 Réponse C : Parce qu'il peut rendre plus difficile l'observation du procédé de fabrication.
🔹 Réponse D : Parce qu'il est interdit sur les machines neuves.

As part of our commitment to community development and education, Rockwell Automation India, in collaboration with Ummid Foundation Hope for Human (Official), enhanced educational infrastructure at a rural school in Gejha, Meerut. The initiative was formally inaugurated during a school event.
The project focuses on smart learning, safe drinking water, improved sanitation, better classroom facilities, and menstrual hygiene. These enhancements will help improve students’ daily learning experience while addressing critical infrastructure, health, and hygiene needs within the school.
