Letzte Woche waren unsere Kollegen Urs Nadler und Sven K. in Novi Sad, Serbien, zu Gast und leiten bei unserem Partner NS Koncept einen Workshop zum Thema „Automatisierung mit OMRON und Sysmac Studio“.
Der Workshop bot die ideale Gelegenheit, OMRONs Automatisierungstechnologien praxisnah zu präsentieren, Know-how zu teilen und den Austausch mit unserem Partner sowie dessen Kunden PeLCer doo Subotica,AUTOMATIKOM DOO und VEKAS \| Serbia zu fördern.
Durch praktische Übungen und den direkten Wissenstransfer erhielten die Teilnehmer wertvolle Einblicke, wie integrierte Automatisierungslösungen Produktivität, Flexibilität und betriebliche Effizienz steigern können.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an NS Koncept doo für die Gastfreundschaft, die hervorragende Zusammenarbeit und das wertvolle Feedback während der Veranstaltung. Starke Partnerschaften und kontinuierliches Lernen sind wichtige Treiber für Innovationen.

Telemecanique Sensors showed how our position sensing, ultrasonic detection and pressure monitoring solutions hold up in the field, plus a cost-effective take on anti-collision applications for mobile equipment.

L’automatisation entre dans une nouvelle phase.
Pendant longtemps, automatiser signifiait avant tout robotiser.
Aujourd’hui, l’industrie va beaucoup plus loin.
Les lignes de production deviennent progressivement plus connectées, intelligentes et capables d’anticiper :
• analyse des données de production
• maintenance prédictive
• jumeaux numériques (Digital Twins)
• interconnexion des machines et des systèmes d’information
• optimisation en temps réel des performances
Mais derrière cette intelligence numérique, il reste une réalité très physique : une ligne intelligente reste une ligne mécanique.
Et sa performance dépend toujours de la précision, de la fiabilité et de la durée de vie de ses composants.
C’est précisément là que la mécanique et la donnée commencent à se rejoindre.
Avec des solutions de Condition Monitoring comme le iwis CCMS, il devient possible de surveiller l’état d’une chaîne et son évolution afin de mieux anticiper les interventions de maintenance.
L’objectif n’est plus seulement de réagir lorsqu’un problème apparaît.
C’est disposer de la bonne information pour intervenir au bon moment.
Chez iwis, notre rôle évolue donc lui aussi : ne plus seulement fournir un composant, mais accompagner les constructeurs de machines et les utilisateurs industriels dans l’amélioration de la fiabilité, de la disponibilité et du coût global d’exploitation de leurs équipements.
