Growing together at the 2026 Apprentice & Student Days
What better way to kick off a new training year than by bringing everyone together?
Over the past few days, our apprentices and dual students came together at Hohenstaufen Youth Hostel to connect, collaborate, and create lasting memories.
One of the highlights? Building our own soapbox cars from scratch and putting them to the test in an exciting obstacle race. We also tackled a team rally, solving challenges together and proving that great teamwork can achieve amazing things.
But beyond the activities, it was the conversations, laughter, and new connections that made these days truly special. Every year, the Apprentice & Student Days are a great opportunity to get to know each other across different apprenticeship years and study programs, strengthen our team spirit, and learn from one another.
We're taking this sense of community and collaboration with us into the new training year and look forward to everything that's ahead.

Gemeinsam wachsen bei den Azubi- und Studitagen 2026
Was gibt es Besseres, als ein neues Ausbildungsjahr gemeinsam zu starten?
In den vergangenen Tagen kamen unsere Auszubildenden und dual Studierenden in der Jugendherberge Hohenstaufen zusammen, um sich kennenzulernen, auszutauschen und gemeinsame Erinnerungen zu schaffen.
Ein echtes Highlight: der Bau unserer eigenen Seifenkisten, die wir anschließend bei einem spannenden Hindernisrennen auf die Probe gestellt haben. Außerdem meisterten wir bei einer Teamrallye zahlreiche Herausforderungen und haben dabei einmal mehr gezeigt, was man mit guter Zusammenarbeit erreichen kann.
Doch nicht nur die Aktivitäten machten diese Tage besonders. Vor allem die Gespräche, das gemeinsame Lachen und die vielen neuen Kontakte sorgten für unvergessliche Momente. Jedes Jahr bieten die Azubi- und Studitage die perfekte Gelegenheit, sich über Ausbildungsjahre und Studiengänge hinweg besser kennenzulernen, den Teamgeist zu stärken und voneinander zu lernen.
Dieses Gefühl von Gemeinschaft und Zusammenhalt nehmen wir mit in das neue Ausbildungsjahr und freuen uns auf alles, was vor uns liegt.
