Em aplicações industriais críticas, a disponibilidade do sistema é essencial. O conceito de redundância de controladores da B&R permite manter a operação mesmo diante de uma falha no controlador principal.
Dois controladores idênticos operam em redundância, com sincronização de dados em tempo real e na faixa de microssegundos. Em caso de falha, a comutação para o segundo controlador ocorre em no máximo dois ciclos.

Day two of the fair in Friedrichshafen is in full swing!
At our booth, you can explore a wide range of automation technologies, including a very special application: a Custom Gripping Solution integrated on a UR5 collaborative robot.
This is a dual-function (2-TASK) EOAT system designed for the Automotive and Electronics sectors, capable of simultaneously handling two operations: • Electrical box cover picking, using VG series suction cups and VSNG/VSE series suspensions. • Box picking, utilizing DD20 angular grippers (with non-marking pads) and SZ parallel grippers equipped with custom 3D jaws.
The whole setup is completed by the EQC20 Plug&Play electric quick changer and the FGS-120-0200 vacuum gripping system with integrated self-closing valves.
