🪥 Každý den ho používáme. Ale víte, jak vlastně vzniká zubní kartáček?
Za zdánlivě obyčejným výrobkem se skrývá kombinace vstřikování plastů, precizních forem, robotiky a automatizace.
Jak probíhá jeho výroba?
🔹 1. Plastový granulát se zahřeje a roztaví.
🔹 2. Vstřikování do formy
Roztavený plast je pod tlakem vstříknut do přesné formy, kde vznikne tělo kartáčku. V jedné formě se často vyrábí několik kusů současně.
🔹 3. Druhý materiál pro lepší úchop
U mnoha kartáčků následuje druhý vstřik měkkého plastu, který vytváří protiskluzové části rukojeti.
🔹 4. Automatické odebrání dílu
Po ochlazení se forma otevře a hotový výlisek putuje k dalším operacím.
🔹 5. Osazení vláken
Do hlavice jsou vloženy svazky vláken, které se následně zastřihnou a upraví do finálního tvaru.
🔹 6. Kontrola kvality
Během celého procesu probíhá automatická kontrola pomocí kamerových systémů.
🔹 7. Práce robotů
Roboty zajišťují odběr výlisků, manipulaci mezi operacemi, kontrolu kvality i finální balení.
🌱 Zajímavost
Dnešní zubní kartáčky už nevznikají pouze z klasických plastů. Výrobci stále častěji využívají recyklované materiály nebo alternativní suroviny s nižším dopadem na životní prostředí. Finální podobu pak doplňují loga, potisky a další povrchové úpravy.
💡 Až si dnes večer budete čistit zuby, možná se na svůj kartáček podíváte trochu jinak.
Výroba zubního kartáčku spojuje výrobu forem, vstřikování plastů, automatizaci, kamerové systémy i robotiku. Právě jejich propojení umožňuje vyrábět miliony kusů s vysokou a stabilní kvalitou.
