The EU's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) marks one of the most significant shifts the packaging industry has seen in decades, creating a common framework that aims to reduce waste, increase recyclability and accelerate the transition to a circular economy.
While compliance will be a key focus for businesses, PPWR is also an opportunity to rethink packaging design from the outset. The regulation places greater emphasis on recyclability, reducing unnecessary packaging, increasing the use of recycled materials, and ensuring packaging remains a valuable resource rather than waste.

🔍 Avant de mettre un logiciel entre les mains d'un responsable qualité, autant vérifier qu'il tienne la route face à des utilisateurs qui ne codent pas.
Mardi 25 août, Hackathon interne à Compiègne. Toute l'équipe Psycle a testé la nouvelle version de PAP (Psycle Assistant Production), en phase finale de qualification. Développeurs comme non-développeurs.
Le principe : chacun prend en main les nouveautés, sans notice, et remonte tout ce qui accroche. Un libellé pas clair, un écran qui demande trois clics de trop.
Pourquoi c'est utile ? Parce que ce logiciel est destiné aux équipes de production, pas à ceux qui l'ont conçu. Si quelqu'un de l'équipe commerciale s'y retrouve sans formation, un opérateur sur ligne s'y retrouvera aussi.
Résultat : des retours concrets, plusieurs axes d’amélioration (fonctionnel et UX), et une version qui arrive plus solide en qualification.
On montre, on ne promet pas. Ça vaut aussi pour nos propres outils.
