Christian brings 25 years of international leadership experience across machine building, drives, motion control, power electronics and semiconductor technologies. He joins from Semikron Danfoss, where he most recently served as Chief Technology Officer and Head of the Chip Fab. Prior, he spent 14 years in the machine-building industry in various C-level positions, so he knows our customers' business from the inside.
As Division President, Christian will lead Machine Automation, building on four decades of innovation and close customer partnership. Together with our teams in Eggelsberg and around the world, he will continue driving growth and helping customers increase productivity, flexibility and sustainability through automation.

Comment concevoir un poste de travail à la fois plus flexible, plus fiable, plus assisté et connecté ?
Sur notre stand, nous présenterons une démonstration associant assistance numérique de l’opérateur, robotique 7 axes et exploitation des données de production.
Au cœur de l’application : un poste de préparation assisté par la solution Arkite - Operator Guidance Platform, qui guide visuellement l’opérateur à chaque étape du processus de picking. Les instructions sont projetées directement dans la zone de travail afin d’indiquer les composants à sélectionner et les opérations à réaliser.
Objectif : sécuriser les étapes de préparation, limiter les erreurs et fiabiliser l’exécution du processus, y compris pour des opérateurs peu expérimentés.
En complément, un robot industriel 7 axes Kassow Robots prend en charge des opérations de manipulation et de picking, illustrant la complémentarité entre travail manuel assisté et automatisation.
Avec ctrlX AUTOMATION, les données générées par le poste peuvent être collectées, structurées et mises à disposition : temps de cycle, étapes réalisées, données qualité ou informations de traçabilité.
Une approche concrète pour mieux connecter les environnements IT et OT, et exploiter des données utiles dès le début du processus de production.

Quand on rachète une entreprise, c'est que l'on croit en son potentiel. 📈
On va insuffler de nouvelles idées, éventuellement faire évoluer l'organisation et généralement 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐫 dans l'outil de production.
Mais, attention :
de très nombreuses PMI/ETI reprises n'ont pas les outils tels qu'une GMAO ou un MES qui permettront de bien mesurer l'impact de ces investissements et d'identifier les axes d'amélioration !
Alors, pour 𝐨𝐛𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐎𝐈 𝐝𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, la reprise ne serait-elle pas le bon moment pour combler ce retard et équiper tout de suite votre nouvelle entreprise ?
Cela ne coûte qu'une fraction du montant de la reprise et pourtant cela contribue indiscutablement à la valorisation de votre investissement.
