1.500 junge Menschen starten in diesem Jahr ihre Ausbildung oder ihr duales Studium bei uns und das in 18 Trainingszentren in ganz Deutschland. 🎓 Was sie dabei erwartet? Eine Ausbildung, die Fachwissen mit Zukunftskompetenzen verbindet. Denn KI-Kompetenz ist bei uns kein eigenes Lernfach, sondern Teil aller Lernprozesse – unabhängig vom Ausbildungsberuf. Fachwissen bleibt die Grundlage. KI ist das Werkzeug, das neue Möglichkeiten für Problemlösung, Analyse und Innovation eröffnet. 💡 Neben Zukunftstechnologien wie Smart Manufacturing, digitalen Zwillingen und humanoider Robotik geht es deshalb auch um Fähigkeiten wie kritisches Denken, Anpassungs- und Kollaborationsfähigkeit. Insgesamt lernen derzeit rund 4.000 Menschen im dualen System bei Siemens in Deutschland. Dafür bieten wir mehr als 90 Ausbildungsberufe an und haben im Geschäftsjahr 2025 rund 135 Millionen Euro in die berufliche Bildung investiert. Two million spectators, not one technical interruption. How do you sync 300 fountains and 30 flame effects across 8,800 m² every night? "Under the Midnight Rainbow" at Expo 2025 Osaka in Osaka ran nightly for six months. Conventional architectures separate show playback from sensors and actuators but db Show Control & Automation converged them. A CX5240 Embedded PC serves as show controller in the main control room; eleven control racks handle field distribution, with EK1100 EtherCAT Couplers collecting the I/O from nine decentralized control cabinets. The benefits: - Nearly 300 variable frequency drives controlled via EtherCAT - Emergency stop circuits and flame effects on EL1918 TwinSAFE Terminals - FSoE on the same network – no parallel wiring The result: Around two million visitors, no technical hitch that disrupted proceedings. [Pravi izziv je nasloviti zavzetost pri delu] Včeraj je na Bledu v partnerstvu z Bled Strategic Forum in na strateško pobudo IEDC - Bled School of Management potekal forum Future500. Na panelu Talent Pools & the People Who Build It je sodelovala tudi naša direktorica Medeja Lončar ter predstavila svoj pogled na upravljanje s talenti v Evropi in izpostavila marsikaj, kar se je v zadnjih letih spremenilo: 🌐 V Siemensu smo na primer omogočili, da ljudje gradijo mednarodne kariere kar od doma – geografija je postala mnogo manjša ovira, nova priložnost pa ne zahteva nujno selitev. 🤝 Spreminja se tudi vodenje, ki postaja vse bolj individualizirano. Ljudje namreč ostajajo tam, kjer čutijo zaupanje, podporo in zadovoljive izzive in priložnost za rast, to pa so pogoji, ki jih ustvarjajo vodje. 🤔 In to je za Evropo v boju za talente morda ključnega pomena, saj je po podatkih Gallupa le 13 % zaposlenih v EU pri delu zavzetih (v primerjavi z 31 % v ZDA in Kanadi), obenem pa je zaznati tudi bistven upad neangažiranosti med samimi vodji.
