⚡️From our workshop to the USA. A new INNCAP Evolution for chemical free decontamination of flat caps is heading to our test room before joining a major dairy producer in the USA. - Designed for a 30,000 bph filling line, the equipment combines a compact Pulsed Light optical cabinet, to be integrated directly into the drinking yogurt filling line chute, with a remote HMI. The electronic cabinet will be installed separately, providing greater flexibility where space around the line is limited. - A great team effort from Nicolas Courtial, Mechanical Project Manager, Olivier Bres, Electrical & Automation Project Manager, and Marine Coste, Workshop Technician, whose expertise in assembling our optical cavities is key to the quality and reliability of our systems. - For this project, our client requested a 3-log reduction, in line with VDMA requirements for an ultra-clean filling line. This machine will soon join the 71 Claranor machines already installed in the USA. - And our support doesn’t stop once the machine is delivered. Our clients have access to a dedicated Support page, with maintenance procedures, videos and direct contacts for our Service team. We support our machines throughout their entire lifetime.
