We compared 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘁® 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, featuring a specially modified thermoplastic olefin (TPO) surface, with a standard polyurethane food belt in a side-by-side test.
The result? It required 𝟴𝟴% 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆.
Why does this matter?
When products stick to the belt, food manufacturers can face product deformation, increased waste, more frequent cleaning interventions, and reduced productivity.
Choosing the right belt is not just about conveying products. It's about improving efficiency, product quality, and hygiene throughout the entire process.
𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘁® 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻:
✅ Reduce product waste thanks to excellent release properties
✅ Simplify cleaning and sanitation with a smooth, low-adhesion surface resistant to chlorine-based disinfectants and hot water
✅ Minimize the risk of cross-contamination through more effective residue removal
✅ Ensure reliable performance in demanding applications, including tight transfers over diameter 2 mm and 4 mm nosebars
