Pour l'un de nos clients, acteur de la boulangerie industrielle, l'enjeu était d'optimiser un poste d'encaissage manuel afin d'améliorer les conditions de travail des opérateurs tout en garantissant un flux de production fluide et performant.

> Gérer 4 formats de produits (sachets flowpacks et sachets clipsés)
> Conditionner les produits dans 2 formats de caisses trottoirs
> Assurer un transfert continu des caisses entre les différents postes de la ligne
