On Friday evening, in the splendid setting of the Brescia Castle, colleagues from the Roncadelle, Bagnolo Mella, and Gattico offices gathered for a sunset aperitivo. It was a wonderful opportunity to step away from the daily routine, spend time together, and share a special evening. Because a company grows through projects, goals, and results, but also thanks to the relationships built every day. And catching up outside of work is a simple yet meaningful way to get to know each other better and strengthen the spirit that guides us through our professional challenges.

Feuillard papier : une alternative intéressante, mais des questions à se poser.
Dans notre précédente publication, nous évoquions l’utilisation d’un feuillard papier pour le cerclage de vêtements et de pièces textiles en blanchisserie industrielle.
Cette solution montre qu’il est possible, dans certaines applications, de réduire ou de supprimer l’usage du plastique. Mais comme toute alternative, elle doit être analysée avec précision.
Un feuillard papier destiné au cerclage doit notamment permettre le collage ou la soudure lors du cycle machine. Cela invite donc à s’interroger sur la nature des composants utilisés pour le rendre thermocollable, ainsi que sur leur impact réel dans le cycle de vie du produit.
D’autres questions doivent également être posées :
— Peut-on produire aussi rapidement qu’avec un feuillard plastique ?
— La fiabilité du cerclage est-elle équivalente selon les cadences, les produits et les conditions d’utilisation ?
— Quelles sont les contraintes de stockage pour préserver le feuillard papier de l’humidité, de la déformation ou de toute altération ?
— Quel est le coût global de cette solution, en matière consommée, réglages, maintenance et continuité de production ?
Le choix d’un consommable ne doit donc pas se limiter à son intitulé ou à sa perception environnementale. Il doit être étudié en fonction de l’application, du produit à maintenir, des cadences attendues, des contraintes de stockage et des objectifs réels du client.
