As one of the leading hard kombucha producers in the United States, JuneShine Brands was looking for a decontamination solution that would meet its microbiological requirements while maintaining high production speeds and preserving product quality.
For its new filling line, the company selected Claranor Pulsed Light solution, integrated with the support of Industrial Machining Services, Claranor's trusted partner in North America.
Thanks to its broad spectrum of wavelengths and high-intensity flashes, Pulsed Light delivers a high level of packaging decontamination and is particularly effective against molds, a key concern for kombucha producers.
As Ronnie Riedell, Director of Production Operations at JuneShine, explains:
