⚡️ A new Claranor system is ready for shipment to Asia.
After successful commissioning in our test facilities, this equipment is now being prepared for delivery to a dairy production line running at 24,000 bottles per hour.
Today 373 Claranor machines are operating on dairy lines worldwide, a strong proof of reliability in this demanding industry.
Designed to meet high industrial and microbiological requirements, the system combines:
• Decontamination of HDPE screw caps with liner (multiple formats)
• Decontamination of aluminium foil
It achieves a 3-log reduction on Aspergillus brasiliensis DSM 1988, in line with VDMA Class IV requirements.
The video shows both parts of the machine:
• The electrical cabinet
• The combi unit: cap and foil decontamination
…as well as the team behind the project:
Nicolas PICHON Pichon, Mechanical Project Manager, and Olivier Bres, Automation Project Manager, who led the system from design to commissioning.
Each Claranor project combines proven technologies with expert support to meet demanding production constraints.
