Entre la caméra 3D et la pince du robot, une pièce en vrac passe par cinq étapes de calcul. Acquisition, reconstruction du nuage de points, segmentation, calcul de pose, puis transmission au robot. Chaque étape dépend de la précédente : une erreur en amont se retrouve au bout du bras robotisé. 📷 Avant même la première image, il y a la calibration. La position de la caméra par rapport au robot se mesure une fois, puis s'enregistre. Si elle est fausse, toutes les coordonnées le sont. That is why every component must be designed to perform its function at its best.
