Nous ne savons pas ce dont une usine aura besoin dans cinq ans : c'est précisément pour cette raison que nous pensons qu'il est dangereux de vouloir tout décider aujourd'hui. Une nouvelle machine peut arriver, une ligne peut être modifiée, les volumes peuvent évoluer ou l'organisation peut changer. Les besoins de supervision peuvent eux aussi évoluer avec le temps. Il serait donc illusoire de chercher à construire dès aujourd'hui le système parfait pour les cinq prochaines années.
Nous préférons une approche différente : construire une base suffisamment solide pour répondre au besoin actuel, mais suffisamment ouverte pour accompagner les suivants. Le client peut ainsi commencer avec un périmètre précis et faire évoluer progressivement son installation, sans devoir remettre en cause les choix déjà réalisés. C'est un point qui nous paraît essentiel dans l'industrie.
Un projet digital n'est pas figé au jour de sa mise en service. L'usine continue de vivre, et son système digital doit pouvoir vivre avec elle. Chez Glial, nous ne cherchons donc pas à décider à la place du client de ce dont il aura besoin demain, nous cherchons à lui donner la liberté de le décider lorsqu'il en aura besoin. Cette philosophie influence directement notre manière de concevoir nos solutions. Elle nous conduit notamment à développer des briques prêtes à l'emploi, tout en conservant suffisamment d'ouverture pour les adapter lorsque le contexte l'exige.
C'est ce qui nous a conduits à développer une approche assez particulière : des kits préprogrammés qui permettent d'aller très vite lorsque leur utilisation est pertinente, sans jamais en faire une obligation.

Cara Schreiber schloss ihre Ausbildung zur Elektronikerin für Betriebstechnik mit 98 von 100 Punkten ab. Sie wurde als beste Auszubildende in der Kategorie „Industrieller Elektroberuf" ausgezeichnet. Sachsens Ministerpräsident Michael Kretschmer beglückwünschte sie persönlich.
Auch Norwin Eckert, Julian Reuter, Nico Kirsch und Emily Thieme haben es unter die Besten Sachsens geschafft. 👏

At this year's #WeTechTogether Conference, Emelie Emanuelsson, Sustainability Project Manager at Siemens Smart Infrastructure and co-founder of the Womengineer Foundation, presented the award for Empowered Woman.
Congratulations to the winner, Adelheid Moxon. At Holcim, she is rebuilding the talent pipeline to help reach a target of 30 percent women in management by 2030. She is also vice president of Women in Digital Switzerland.

Minulý týden jsme měli příležitost zúčastnit se konference Better Future Con v Telči, která přinesla řadu inspirativních pohledů na budoucnost průmyslu, technologií a inovací.
Za B&R vystoupil kolega Pavel Jaroš s přednáškou zaměřenou na to, jak moderní mechatronická řešení pomáhají výrobcům zvládat současné výzvy v oblasti digitalizace, robotizace a flexibilní výroby. Zmínil také koncept adaptivní výroby, který ukazuje, že díky propojení automatizace, digitálních technologií a robotice lze efektivně vyrábět individualizované produkty bez kompromisů v produktivitě.
Celá konference nabídla mnoho zajímavých a inspirativních prezentací a vytvořila skvělý prostor pro sdílení zkušeností i diskusi o tom, jak mohou technologie pomoci průmyslu budovat chytřejší a udržitelnější budoucnost.
