Ask a facility manager how many systems they log into before lunch. The honest answer is usually four or five: HVAC in one place, lighting in another, access control somewhere else, and fire on a panel in the basement.

Vinegar is a food product whose corrosiveness is often underestimated. Acetic acid attacks metals in contact with the product, including grade 304 stainless steel commonly used in the food industry. A frequently overlooked point: parts located near the bottle neck, even without direct contact, are exposed to acetic vapours.
The range of products to fill is wide: very fluid white vinegar, semi-viscous Modena PDO balsamic, flavoured vinegars laden with particles. Each reference calls for different materials and a different technology.

Le vinaigre est un produit alimentaire acide dont la corrosivité est souvent sous-estimée. L'acide acétique attaque les métaux en contact avec le produit, y compris l'inox 304 couramment utilisé en agroalimentaire. Un point souvent négligé : les pièces situées à proximité du goulot, même sans contact direct, sont exposées aux vapeurs acétiques.
La gamme à conditionner est large : vinaigre blanc très fluide, balsamique AOP de Modène semi-visqueux, vinaigres aromatisés chargés en marquants. Chaque référence impose des matériaux et une technologie différents.
